Since SLPH Church ministries are dedicated to the lives of the hurting and lost people of our communities; we realized the need to go to the people. Herein lies the basis for the Street Ministry.

II Timothy 3:1-7 states:

In the last days perilous times will come. For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self control, brutal, despisers of good, traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasures rather than lovers of God, having a form of godliness but denying its power. And from such people turn away! For of this sort are those who creep into houses and make captives of gullible women loaded down with sins, lured away by various lusts, always learning and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth. So when demonic forces are unleashed in this magnitude, God has always had a ram in the bush. For example, Noah rescued his people with an Ark, Moses rescued his people from Pharoah, Caleb and Joshua led their generation into the promise land.

In our day and time as the devil is unleashing on the world the plagues of substance abuse, gangs, prostitution, homosexuality, alcoholism and murder, God is raising St. Louis Power House Church Soul Patrol teams to go forth patroling the streets and ghettos across America preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ.

The Soul Patrol Ministry (SPM) is comprised of men and women who are current residents of our homes, members of the SLPH Church congregation and designated leaders. Weekly teams are sent to the streets of St. Louis, witnessing, praying, testifying and singing. We tell of the life changing power of our Lord Jesus Christ. When this occurs, lost souls are drawn closer by the power of the Holy Spirit to observe, as they desire a change in their own lives. The bible says, "We overcome by the Blood of the Lamb and the Word of our testimony."

Approximately every two weeks, teams are sent to ghettos around the United States. Their focus is reaching people that have been held captive by drug addiction, gang violence, prostitution, and alcoholism.
